Yes the spews.relays.osirusoft.com DNS BL is somewhat "draconian", or
"hard line". It causes non-spammers to suffer because they use the same
ISP as spammers. Some people think this is a good thing, while others
think it is too draconian. :-)
(FYI I personally ignore 127.0.0.4 results from relays.osirusoft.com,
which includes those in "spews" and, IIUC, a few others too.)
