[Exim] exim+mysql+spamassasin

Can somone point me to a tutorial on using these three together
(exim, mysql, spamassassin). I wish to put account information in
a MySQL database with support for virtual domains. If possible, I'd
also like to put personalized SA settings in MySQL, though this isn't
an absolute requirement.
