[Exim] Exiscan on NetBSD Package Tree

Hi!

We uses NetBSD 1.6 current and want to upgrade our Exim package using the
package tree. We also want to apply the Exiscan patch.

Has anybody encountered anything unusual with the Exiscan patch using the
NetBSd package tree?
