Hmm..

                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
change to:


LOOKUP_INCLUDE="-I/usr/include/mysql"

Your extra -I is causing the error.

See? extra -I

Make sure you force a recreation of the Makefile, clean then remake it.
