Let's assume your $0.02 is correct. I have set this up due to the fact
that I collect mail from 4 boxes and the amount of spam I was getting
had become overwhelming.

I now get no spam and have been monitoring it for over a 2-months
without a single false positive.

Spam is sent to a mailbox for bayes to learn from using its sa_learn
feature, then archived as I plan to delete it later.

I'm not sure exactly how exim is working here but I know that it is
sending the mail back out using its smarthost feature so, I didn't put
it in the pipeline as procmail is doing the final delivery.

/etc/hosts has the notebook & other computer listed as
    #Other hosts on Lan
       192.168.1.252    dellbook    db1    #notebook on lan
    192.168.1.253    xircom        db2    #other computer on lan

Q. In what section of exim would I configure it to send a copy of the
mail to mpierce@192.168.1.252 and what is syntax for this?

My mail client is:
evolution 1.2.3-2

I would if possible, for the time being like to avoid adding another
dimension to this thing if possible. Can this be done without adding
IMAP?
