As far as I can see everything is correct however I get the following

ccpc337:~ # exim -bt testing-request
LOG: MAIN
remote host address is the local host: ccpc337.rhul.ac.uk (while routing
<testing-request@???>)
testing-request@??? cannot be resolved at this time:
remote host address is the local host
