[Exim] Restart Exim and Syntax

Hi exim expert outthere,

1. when I make some changes to the /etc/exim/exim.conf files, do i have to
restart it for the new effect to take place? how ? or any other procedures ?

2. where the option of repeat_use is to be set ? how to set ?

the syntax i got from documentation about repeat_use is :-

repeat_use
Type: boolean
Default: true


if i want it to be false, is that

repeat_use 0

or

repeat_use false

?
