Hi,
I've recently migrated to Exim Ver 4, but got a problem loading the System
Filter.
Keeps prompting: "option message_filter unknown". Does ver 4 actually
support Message_Filters?
Test Configuration:
# exim -C /usr/local/etc/exim/configure -bV

Probably Berkeley DB version 1.8x (native mode)
Support for: IPv6 PAM Perl OpenSSL
Authenticators: cram_md5 plaintext

Transports: appendfile/maildir/mailstore/mbx autoreply lmtp pipe smtp

and I have
message_filter = /etc/exim/system_filter.exim
message_body_visible = 5000
inside the exim.conf
it seems the system filter doesn't have any affect on mail delivery
however as soon as I make mistake inside system filter file exim
generate the error it seems it read the filter file
but it doesn't have any affect.
This filter working fine inside the .forward file inside the home
directory.
Please help me.
