[Exim] attempts from 66.62.43.147

Hi all.

Throughout today i have been getting attempts on my server from the ip
below:

2003-06-04 14:13:28 SMTP protocol violation: synchronization error (next
input sent too soon): rejected "RSET" H=(Bill) [66.62.43.147]

No hostname, domainname etc.....

is there a way to stop this attempt.

Any constructive input would be appreciated :o)
