[Exim] [EXIM remote_smtp defer (-1)]

Dear List

I get the below error when i relay a mail

R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp defer (-1): smtp transport process returned
non-zero status 0x000b: terminated by signal 11

Please let me know to solve this error
