[Exim] Forwarding email to another local domain

Hi,
i am a newbie and i try to forward a message to another local server
(Exchange 5.5) that have another domain but all mails where send trough
Internet connections.
I find the faq Q0316 that is a possible solutions but i don't understand
where insert the section.
