Ok, I don't know if this has been addressed yet but......
Outlook Express has an option to split large messages so that each section is below a set size and then it'd re-combine the messages on the other end back into one large message all done "in the background." This is good for dialup users since Outlook Express also has problems when a message takes over 60 secs or so to finish transfering. This way each section is small and you just have a lot of them.) It seems that it doesn't end each section like a uuencoded message would have the "begin" and "end" tags for each section. So exiscan complains about broken MIME containers when this happens. Is there any work-around for this?
