Can we plead dumbness and ask for your example :-)
I am actually on the point of suggesting/requesting to Nigel M. about the
list setting up a FAQ Tips and Techniques for people to put up "packaged"
solutions - there are heaps in the Exim community.
I have been working with the tmda (
http://tmda.net) guys and they have a
nice system for FAQ's which I have put a couple up.
Blocking SPAM where sender equals recipient (Exim 4.x)
http://tmda.net/faq.cgi?req=show&file=faq07.005.htp
Using SMTP server instead of tmda-ofmipd for non-Unix MUAs mail sending
(Exim 4.x)
http://tmda.net/faq.cgi?req=show&file=faq07.006.htp
I was even wondering if we could "borrow" the system off the tmda guys...
