I'm having a problem with the hints database, where multiple queue
runners are trying to processes the queue, and locking on the hints
database is causing delays.
The version of Exim is 3.3x on Solaris
Reading a FAQ, I found the suggestion that keeping the hints db on a
memory filesystem may help. Does anyone have experience of this?
Alternatively, is there a way to disable use of the hints database, so
that delivery of every message is tried every time?
