I wrote a complete web-based virtual domain management system.
Lets you add and remove domains from a website, add and delete users,
aliases, forwards, mailing lists.
Uses PHP and MySQL.
Lets users update their password too.

I've not used squirrelmail, I use IMP from horde (www.horde.org). Great
guys, very helpful. They have clue.
