That is of course Guys in a none gender specific context as we make our
way through this world of political correctness and inclusive language.

But to the point..

I did not realise (realize for you people west of the great pond)
yesterday what a hubbub my question on RBL's would kick off. I would
just like to say thanks to all those who made some very useful
contributions. Not only have you now solved my problem, but by following
the thread closely and doing a bit of background googling I now feel I
have a much greater understanding of the whole issues.

I hope it has been as useful to others as it was to me.
