I contacted Amazon.com and pretty well got the same answer.

Phillip, don't you want us in the United States to get your book too?
(joking of course).

I actually wrote to bookpool yesterday asking them about stocking the
book -- their reply:

"Thank you for your inquiry. This title is not available in the US.
O'Reilly publications has not yet annouced a new edition for "Exim:
The Mail Transfer Agent", ISBN 0596000987. If a new edition
becomes available in the US, we will add it to our website."

The UIT Cambridge site lists north american distributership -- if
anyone is in contact with them, maybe you can clue them in ?

Bookpool is nice. And cheap.

I received a reply right away (today actually). I don't know why they
just
don't have a secure order site like every other book vendor, or sell to
places like bookpool.com.

The person actually had to call me (in TX) to place the order because he
couldn't decrypt the encrypted file--somehow I dislike sending credit
card
info in a plain e-mail.
