I received the copy *I* ordered. I had it pre-booked look before
availability however.
Don't forget that Philip Hazel had trouble finding a Publisher because of
less than stellar sales of the first book.
Niall Mansfield, the Publisher, will most likely respond to the concerns
addressed today; ordering from Amazon UK is *not* the way to go.
