With a patch I wrote this is easier. However, yoursyntax here is wrong.
dnslists is not an exim list that allows negitation.
My patch was sent to the list lastnight, however, I'm going to change it.

Yes, I wanted the same thing. Again, the patch is out there and I'm going
to change it so that it's != instead of =!
