Nothing useful. The argument for dnslists is a list of domains. It is
NOT a "domain list" in the Exim sense, and therefore it does not support
negative items. I suppose it ought to give a syntax error, but what
actually happens is that it treats "!dnsbl.sorbs.net" as the domain name
to look up. I probably should fix this.
