[Exim] acl_check_content & MySQL

Hi All,

I am trying to set up the "acl_check_content" to disallow various
extensions.
I understand how it works from the example (and proven it works), but I
would like the extension list to be read in from a MySQL table.
What command do I use to return to "demime" a list of colon separated
values from the table?
