[Exim] exim -bh errors

Hi List.

there appears to be a syntax issue with exim -bh

here is the output

H=(hinlow.net) [65.207.165.155] F=<moneyjjcrpkvn@???> rejected RCPT
thomask@???: rejected because 65.207.165.155 is in a black list at
spews.relays.osirusoft.com

SMTP syntax error in "" H=(hinlow.net) [65.207.165.155] unrecognized
command
SMTP>> 500 unrecognized command
500 unrecognized command

any ideas on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
