Definitely: Upgrade to Exim 4.20; make this a priority. You can find
SpamAssassin routers for Exim3 in the mailing list archives (Google),
but you're basically flogging a dead horse by trying to adapt v3. Very
soon, no serious poster here will remember anything about v3 any longer.
I for one don't :-)
