[Exim] 3.36 -> 4.x upgrade...

Okay, hit me with the duh stick if this is already something that's been
asked... Is there a comprehensive 3.36 -> 4.x upgrade howto? I know I can't
just drop in my old /etc/exim.conf and expect it to work.
