I only use ${domain:$h_from:}, but i just realized tha both queries
are similar so in that case it has little sense to know exactly which
one is givin no data.
Nevertheless I do not understand why exim is logging that, the queries
are used on a 'condition' statment like this:
condition = ${lookup mysql{MYSQL_LDOMAIN}{yes}{no}}
where MYSQL_LDOMAIN is a SELECT DISTINCT ... query. This query is
working fine for all incoming messages except for some messages that
follow a common pattern:

F=<root@???
o.jp> temporarily rejected after DATA: MYSQL: no data found

I have a lot more of log entries like this ones, always comming from the
same three ip addresses, aparently from japanese hosts and allways with
F=<root@???> Any other message from any other host or
sender
domains does not make exim log 'no data found' Of course I ensured that
the
query has been properly quoted .... I will try to make mysql log the
queries
and find what is exim asking to mysql but it's a bit complicated as the
mysql server receives lots of queries per second.
