I did the patch for acl_smtp_helo however I did not do any documentation of
this. Since it's similar to other ACLs (and the fact I'm not good at
documentation =) it wasn't added.

The only difference between the helo acl and others is, it (obviously)
happens at HELO/EHLO time.
