[Exim] Bug in Docs?

Hi,

it's possible that I'm just a bit confused, but in the
/doc/OptionsLists.txt I couldn't find anything concerning the new
acl_smtp_helo from the ChangeLog of 4.20 at number 28.
Can someone please have a closer look at this? Not important, but
just for the completeness ;-)
