Hello,
with Exim 4.20 (+ exiscan-acl patch), it seems to be that
the freeze_tell option is ignored when the message is frozen
by control=freeze in an ACL (exiscan in the case I tested).
freeze_tell does work for messages frozen by errors like
"remote host address is the local host".
