I have just put Exim release 4.20 on the primary ftp site:
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/exim4/exim-4.20.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/exim4/exim-4.20.tar.bz2
This files are signed; the signature files are in the same directory. The MD5
hash codes for the files are:
a1f06f1de1ab602a25d78ad2a20819f2 exim-4.20.tar.gz
90f9e876b60d00c0a5dd53ece7c85338 exim-4.20.tar.bz2
The server is in Cambridge, England. The distribution contains an ASCII copy
of the manual. Other formats of the documentation are also available:
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/exim4/exim-html-4.20.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/exim4/exim-pdf-4.20.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/exim4/exim-postscript-4.20.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/exim4/exim-texinfo-4.20.tar.gz
The .bz2 versions of these tarbundles are also there.
The HTML documentation contains the FAQ (which I have recently updated). It is
also available separately in HTML or txt format from the ftp site.
Enjoy.
