[Exim] spam

Hi

I am running exim4 on solaris 8.
How do I go about blocking spam or find documentation for this.

We used to use a spam-sender and spam-hosts file with a list of bad addresses, but this doesn't seem to work with exim4.
Also how do we use the rbl blocking.

Any help would be appreciated.
