[Exim] Maildirsize support in Exim 4.x

Hi,

    I need that exim support maildirsize file from courier-imap server.

    I read the maillist and found a message from Jason, but I can't found this
patch to 3.x version. I send a message to Jason but his email don't work. ;((

    I will write a patch to support this in exim 4.x version if anyone wrote it,
yet.
