[Exim] Well I gotta ask

OK you may find this strange. One of our managers says our user are
having trouble understanding the following

>A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

Now what bit of that they don't understand is beyond me, but I have been
asked if it is configurable. As far as I can tell it is built into the
source code (I suppose I could always edit that and recompile).

Is there now or any future plans to make this configurable in the config
file ?
