[Exim] Logging problem with 4.14

I just upgraded from 4.10 to 4.14 and everything works except for the
log files. It doesn't log anything. But - if I run eximon all the
activity is there.

I used the same config file as 4.10 which did work.

So - what am I doing wrong?
