Could there be a bug here? I have tried this in my acl_smtp_data ACL and
$acl_verify_message expands to an empty string!

The spec says that it contains the original failure message after "an address
verification". In an acl_smtp_data ACL is there really an address verification
taking place when we have "verify = header_syntax/sender"?
