[Exim] building exim 4.14 with openssl 0.9.7a

So, exim 4.14 doesn't quite build with the new openssl (why do they have to
break the API _every_single_time_ they upgrade like this???)

Since it's actually a mess to install the openssl 0.9.6x libs on RH 9, has
anyone found a fix for that?
(patch to exim or some such)
