I'm assuming you're using exim 3.x (consider upgrading to 4.14). If you are,
you can put these on sender_reject_recipients = big@???

or you can put senders in a file:
sender_reject_recipients = @@lsearch*;somefile

in some file (with @@lsearch*)
boss.com    big


If you use lsearch without the leading @@, put the senders as is in the
file.
