You are rather reinventing the wheel, you know. There's dedicated
software (which can be integrated with Exim, specially v4) that does far
more than that (I'm thinking of SpamAssassin.) Suppose that someone
spells Viagra as Viag-ra and any variation on that that they choose
(even just write "pills" instead?) mortgage as m0rtgage? You'd spend
hours making a rule database that already exists - and has many more
advantages. And yes, it's open source.
