According to the Exim 4 spec, the option is not expanded, but you can
use a file for the infomation. Just put the mysql_servers option in a
separate file and include it like this:
.include /etc/exim/mysql_servers
Alternatively, you can just put the server information (without the
mysql_servers option name) into the file:
mysql_servers = \
.include /etc/exim/mysql.conf
