I had a few hits, but no feedback. It worked fine, but there was a
delighful cosmetic bug in it, which I've now fixed. (The sleep(1) was
getting called even when not debugging.)

The new version is in the same place, for those of you who may have been
wondering why mail took 5 seconds longer than before instead of about 1.
