I have replaced the snapshot in
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/Testing/exim-snapshot.tar.gz
This can now be treated as "alpha" code for the forthcoming 4.20
release. I do not intend to make any further functional changes (but of
course will mend any bugs that turn up).
The 4.20 release will happen when I have finished updating the manual.
This is likely to take 1-2 weeks, because it needs to be re-indexed.
