I'm not currently planning anything for SNMP.

There is very little you can actually do in Exim itself, because of the
distributed nature of its design. I know nothing about SNMP, but I
imagine it will need some kind of permanently running daemon to which
the remote client can connect. The Exim daemon is not the right place,
because it must be very efficient in order to handle lots of incoming
connections.

So an additional program would be needed - it would have to get its
information by tailing the Exim log, as that is the only place where all
the information is available.
