i wonder if it is possible to monitor exim via snmp.
i've searched the documentation and the mailing list archive
and found that it isn't possible at present and philip stating
"I'm not currently planning anything new for Exim 4.", but that
message was from august 2001 ;)
my question is if snmp support for exim is a planned feature
for upcoming versions? or is there any other way to implement
some way of snmp capabilities into exim?
btw, i still love exim for being a very powerfull mta that i
actually can get working intuitively without reading a 800+
pages o'reilly manual ;)
