That's the *main* log. I asked for the msglog file for the message (find
them in /var/spool/exim/msglog). That saves you searching the logs.

Are you running queue runners?

Are you *sure* you are running queue runners???? Are you seeing "start
queue run" and "end queue run" in your logs? If not, how did you start
the exim daemon?
