As good as MARC is (not that good for searching actually) it doesn't allow for downloading easily.
I'm after an archive similar to this one for procmail:
http://www.rosat.mpe-garching.mpg.de/mailing-lists/procmail/
which allows for easy downloading of the archive in mbox format (preferably).
