[Exim] 'personal' test in routers

Hi !!

I want to do a 'personal' test (like the one done by the keyword
'personal' in exim filters) inside a router condition. Maybe it
will be usefult to have some sort of way to easely do it instead
of having to build a big 'or' expression.
