28. If maildir_format is set on an appendfile transport that is
referenced from a file_transport setting in a redirect router, it forces
maildir delivery, even if the path given in the filter does not end with
'/'. Previously, maildir_format was ignored for appendfile transports
when the path name from outside did not end in '/'.
