If you want to *force* Exim to deliver to Maildir, you have to upgrade
to Exim 4.14. Previous versions will decide whether to deliver to a dir
or a file depending on whether the slash at the end of the filename is
present or not.

You have to say /home/pazke/Maildir/ (note the trailing slash).
