Unfortunately not. I have added this issue to the Wish List. There are a
number of things related to interfaces that are already on the list, so
it looks like some work in that area would be useful. However, I am not
expecting to do much development now for a couple of months. Once I get
4.20 with updated documentation released (by mid-May, I hope), I will be
busy with another African Internet workshop, and then the next Exim
course in Cambridge.

You can always run two Exim daemons, of course. They can use the same
spool if you want.
