They certainly show up in one or more of Blitzed (opm.blitzed.org),
proxies.relays.monkeys.com, and Osirusoft (relays.osirusoft.com value
127.0.0.9) once they've been found.
Pick a few from your logs and try looking them up at
http://openrbl.org to see other blacklists where they feature.
But as I say, if you're doing an ident anyway (which, as the FAQ says,
is probably not worth disabling) then testing the answer you got from
that first, would be faster than continuing to the part of your ACL
where you're looking-up any RBLs.
