So Outlook 2002 generates HTML mail with stray newlines? It is then more
broken than I thought it to be.
Install
http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/outlook-quotefix/ (and
oe-quotefix at the same site) - these make OE / Outlook quite usable mailers
